Finance

The Finance team is responsible for three main functions:

Planning & Analysis - this includes preparing a Long Range Plan (LRP), a 3-5 year financial plan submitted annually to the shareholders which reflects the business strategy.

Reporting - tracking, monitoring and reporting financial performance throughout the year and for managing the audit tax procedures.

Transactional Processing - this is the management of daily financial transactions and cash flow including invoicing, staff expenses and petty cash.
