Multi-award-winning network UKTV has commissioned a brand-new property focused series, Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate (20x60'), for its free-to-air channel Really. The series is being produced by Outline Productions.

Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate follows Sarah as she comes to the aid of frustrated homeowners to help them transform their homes and the way they use them. Using full scale floorplans and smart cameras to track how rooms are being used, Sarah gives individuals the chance to reconfigure their space and offer them much needed advice on how to use it better. Whether its newlyweds choosing between moving and improving, or new mums desperate to cope with the chaos of family life, Sarah will offer clever design solutions, tips and tricks to help them change the way they live.

Sarah Beeny said:

I am so thrilled to be working with UKTV and Outline on this exciting new format. For many years I have wanted to make a show that uses technology to analyse the ways in which we use the space in our homes. With this information, we will come up with clever solutions to help people optimise their space in the best way possible. I believe when a home works well, not only do we love it more, but it makes our lives easier and more enjoyable. I hope every home owner watching will be able to take something away with them to improve the way they live.

Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate was ordered for Really by Richard Watsham, UKTV's director of commissioning, and Steve North, genre general manager, entertainment and comedy. The series has been commissioned by commissioning editor Kirsty Hanson.

Kirsty Hanson said:

We are delighted to be welcoming Sarah Beeny to Really. We feel that all homeowners will benefit from watching this show where Sarah's expertise will help transform people's homes, without the hassle and expense of moving.

Adam Collings, channel director for W and Really, said:

Property shows are a firm favourite for Really viewers, so we are incredibly excited to have this innovative series that takes a new spin on the genre. We're thrilled to have Sarah Beeny on board and this is a fantastic addition to our ever-expanding slate of UKTV Original content on the channel.

The series is executive produced by Laura Mansfield, managing director, and Helen Veale, creative director at Outline Productions.

Laura Mansfield said:

We're delighted to be partnering with Britain's favourite homes expert Sarah Beeny and UKTV in Outline's latest format, which we hope is a smart twist on the perennially favourite area of home makeover. We're all obsessed with improving our homes, and the new technology we're introducing to this show will support and help inform Sarah's unique brand of ultra-relatable, no-nonsense advice and expert insight. It's our first direct commission for Really and we're thrilled to be working with the team.

Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate joins other ambitious programming for UKTV in 2018, including Into The Fire, Fantasy Homes By The Sea and Help! My House is Haunted on Really, and Emma Willis: Delivering Babies and Flack coming soon to W.

Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate will air on Really in 2019.
