Good Food serves up the recipes that changed top chefs’ lives with My Greatest Dishes

New series, My Greatest Dishes, to air on Good Food this summer

UKTV has teamed up with some of the country's top chefs, including Prue Leith, Tom Kerridge, Monica Galetti, Michel Roux Jr, Giorgio Locatelli and Angela Hartnett in My Greatest Dishes (20x30'), a brand new UKTV Original series for leading pay TV food channel, Good Food.

Made by Sidney Street Productions, My Greatest Dishes celebrates the four most important dishes that have influenced the lives of 20 extraordinary chefs. Each episode will delve into one chef's culinary past, as they recreate four recipes from significant moments in their life. Whether it is a dish from their childhood or one that captured someone's heart, secured their dream job or paved their way to fame and fortune, these uplifting stories will be revealed through pictures and stories from the chef's own personal archives.

Chefs in the series also include Rosemary Shrager, Michael Caines, Daniel Clifford, Ollie Dabbous, Bill Granger, Tom Kitchin, Atul Kochhar, Thomasina Miers, Nathan Outlaw, Levi Roots, David Thompson, Tetsuya Wakuda, Theo Randall and Richard Bainbridge.

My Greatest Dishes has been commissioned by UKTV's commissioning editor, Kirsty Hanson, with Head of Factual, Hilary Rosen and ordered by Good Food channel director, Vicky Walker. Hanson also acts as an executive producer. The series is produced by Sidney Street Productions and will be distributed by Endemol Shine International.
