With over fifteen years experience as a qualified HR professional with a variety of blue chip companies, Claire works with the other members of the executive leadership team to set the priorities for people working at UKTV.

As well as employee relations and delivery of a comprehensive operational HR service, Claire and her team are responsible for developing UKTV's people strategy and organisational culture with a view to raising creativity, and supporting the business' move into a multimedia age.

In addition, Claire works closely with the HR function at the BBC to ensure consistency in approach to people management within UKTV values and employment frameworks.

Since joining UKTV in 2006, Claire has been integral in developing and implementing UKTV's current performance review system, which is now linked to the business' bonus reward scheme. Claire and her team have also been responsible for building UKTV's reputation as an employer enabling us to attract and retain the best talent.

Prior to UKTV, Claire worked at the Ascent Media Group, the London Playout Centre, which is part of the RTL Group, and Pearson Television.
